Frank was my neighbor when we were young and a close friend to my sister, Tammy. Certainly send my sympathy to the family during this time. Our schedules are just so tough right now that we couldn't make it to the visitation so we wanted all of you to know that we're thinking of you and are the first to say we've lost a good man. Take care.

We were neighbors of Frank and Teresa for several years in West Lafayette. We will miss his sense of humor and willingness to lend a hand whenever he could.

Frank helped not only myself, but many people over the years. His honesty and willingness to do what he could for you is going to be truly missed. Miss you Frank and we will meet again someday.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Combs family. I worked with Frank for nearly 20 years at Ivy Tech. He was a good man and a good friend. Lou Perdue
