Sam Schnitzer Obituary

Sam B. Schnitzer, 95, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday May 2, 2024 in Southwood Healthcare. He was a retired Professor at Indiana State University. Sam was born November 26, 1928 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Paul and Sara Schnitzer. He is survived by his daughter, Carol Schnitzer of Terre Haute; sister, Doris Cohen (Henry) of Philadelphia and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maxine (Endres) Schnitzer, who died October 13, 2022. Private burial services will be in Highland Lawn Cemetery.
