Patsy Jewel Jackson

With great sorrow, the family of Patsy (Pat) Jackson announce her passing on Sunday March 7, 2021 after a brave battle with a lengthy illness. Patsy passed peacefully in her home with her loving husband, Donald (Don) Jackson at her side.

Patsy was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on February 16, 1953 to Estel Wayne Clouse and Miriam Lenoir (Pratt) Clouse who both proceed her in death. She was a beloved wife, mother, nana, grand-nana, sister, auntie and friend. She was adored by so many. Patsy also served her community for 50 years as a nurse. Helping others was her passion. She retired from West Minster Village of Terre Haute.

Patsy is survived by her three children: Melissa (Dasso Alexandrou) Hedden, Amy Gambill, and John Lee Hedden II. Also surviving are her three brothers: William (Helen) Clouse, Robert (Joann) Clouse, and Michael (Lori) Clouse. Patsy leaves behind seven grandchildren: Tyler McGoldrick, Alexis Alexandrou, Xanthe Rhey Alexandrou, Zeph Alexandrou, Brett Slaughter, Alyse Hedden, Savanna Hedden and 5 great grandchildren: Brayson, Albion, Haylee, Amiah, Leighlin. She is also survived by her brother-in-law Pete (Jackie) Jackson and two nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 12, 2021 at DeBaun Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with services beginning at 1:00 p.m.  Pastor Ray Austin will be officiating.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions masks are required and social distancing should be followed.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
