Linda Sue (Hamelmann) Simmons

Linda Sue Simmons, 79, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Witham Extended Care Unit. She worked at Terre Haute First National Bank from 1981 to 2010. She was born December 12, 1944 in Terre Haute, IN to Virgil and Virginia (Kunz) Hamelmann. Linda is survived by her daughter, Kelly Hosking (Brian); son Shannon Simmons (Desiree); brother Ted Hamelmann (Ronda); grandchildren Ellen Hosking, Jason Hosking, Emily Simmons, Peyton Simmons, Morgan McCarter; cousins Diana Selvia, Sharon Butwin, and Brian Royer; two nephews, and a niece.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles Douglas Hamelmann.

Visitation will be Monday June 17, 2024 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services starting at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Rick Swan officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery.
