She was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law Doug Liechty, and her grandson, Jackson Alexander Pirtle.  Jennie enjoyed her grandchildren and spending time with them when she was able. She enjoyed being a seamstress and was always working on sewing and knitting projects.  She enjoyed knitting hats and blankets and donating them to local hospitals in memory of her grandson.  One of her talents was baking.  Every holiday was filled with the aroma of her rolls and famous sugar cookies.  Jennie loved horses and would stop at every Cracker Barrel on a road trip, enjoying the food and picking up knick-knacks along the way.  Per her request, there will be no service.  Her family will have a celebration of life at a later date
