James "Jim" Chambers Obituary

James Allen Chambers, 63, of Terre Haute passed away on Friday, December 9, 2023.  He was born December 5, 1960, in Terre Haute to Pearl C. Chambers and Wanda M. Tarr Chambers.  Jim was a graduate of North Central High School.  He was a very talented musician playing multiple instruments including guitar and fiddle.  Jim played in several bands that toured all over the country, especially in Nashville, Tennessee.  Jim was a true-blue cowboy.  He lived in Wyoming for many years and ran a ranch.  This lifestyle suited his free spirit and fed his inner soul.

He is survived by his son Harry James Chambers (Amber), daughter Amberlee Sage (Dustin), six grandchildren, and brother Frank Chambers (Jill).  Jim is preceded in death by his parents and sisters Jeannie Chambers, Beverly Chambers, and Vickie Chambers.
