Dr. James “Jim” William Pickrell, 80, of Terre Haute passed away on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at his home. Jim was an avid photographer. Wildlife photography was his passion. After retirement, he and Kathy traveled to Alaska, Africa, Europe and Scandinavia. He especially loved to keep the bird feeders at home filled to capture the local birds. Jim was a motorcyclist taking many trips out west with friends. He attended Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church. Most of all he was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His absence will be felt by many.
