Derek Wayne Kelly, 37, of Terre Haute, Indiana passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025. He was born to Carl Bryan Kelly and Kimberly Wilson in Terre Haute on May 29, 1988. Derek was a true artist and loved tattooing, piercing, and drawing in his free time.
Derek is survived by both of his parents; sister Cassandra Kelly (Jeff Early); step-brother Josh Swisher; half brother Nathan Kelly.
Derek is preceded in death by his grandparents Cleo and Joy Kelly; grandparents Ernie and Carrie Runyun; Uncle Scott Kelly.
