Bobbi Jo Gregory Stevens ended her journey on Earth on Wednesday August 11th following a tragic accident. Bobbi’s life ended in much the way she lived, by giving to others through organ donation.
Bobbi was born to Barbara Vicars and William “Buddy” Gregory on December 27, 1972 in Westminster, California.
Bobbi was a faithful and devoted daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend. She was forgiving and feisty, brave and headstrong. She was generous to a fault. Bobbi was known to cook soup and take to the homeless camps as she never wanted to see anyone hungry or cold. Bobbi was the life of every party.
She is survived by her mother of Terre Haute, her father and companion, Naomi Drake of West Terre Haute, her brother Bill Drappo (and Tracey), Aunt Deb (and Carl), Uncle Dick, Aunt Becky (and Lee), Aunt Jackie, nephew Billy Drappo, and niece Annie Drappo. She also leaves behind her friend and companion Steve Smith, her beloved dog Charley, as well as the Archie’s family.
Preceding her in death were her step-father Charlie Vicars, her grandparents, Willard and Jane Crabb, Grandfather William Gregory Sr, Grandmother Elnora Coleman, uncle Bud Crabb, aunt Susie Kennedy (Crabb), and cousin Charlie Crabb.
Visitation Services will be held at DeBaun’s Springhill Chapel on Saturday August 21st from 1 to 4pm. It will be immediately followed by a Celebration of Life at Archie’s Sports Bar. In lieu of flowers, donations to Heritage House or the Terre Haute Humane Society are appreciated.
