Bill W Erwin was born and raised in Riley, Indiana, and created a great life for himself in Evansville, Indiana. He was born on November 12, 1949, to Wayne Erwin and Donna Jo Robinson-Erwin, and passed away on October 30, 2024. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers, Jim and Edward Erwin. He is survived by his daughter, Kelsey Jo Erwin, his sister, Teresa Kalber, his niece, Emily, nephews, Bret and Ryan, and several great-nieces and nephews.
Bill graduated from Gerstmeyer Technical School and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Health and Safety from Indiana State University. He proudly served in the army during the Vietnam War, was a lifelong member of the Masonic Lodge, and owned multiple successful Batteries Plus stores. He will be missed.
Visitation will be Monday, November 4, 2024 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Service will begin at the funeral home at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.
