Wanda Marie Kisner, 73, loving mother and wife, joined the Lord on Friday January 8, 2021. She worked at Columbia Records for many years and was also manager at Mr. Jiggs for over 30 years. She was born June 28, 1947 in Terre Haute to Louis and Josephine (Connelly) Mitchell. Wanda is survived by her devoted spouse of 39 years, Donald Lee Kisner; daughters, Terri Caldwell-Hall, Angela Bond (Jebediah), Pamela Austin (Steve), Dina Compton, and Dawn Kisner; sons, Larry Caldwell (Dawn) and James Caldwell (Rebecca); grandchildren, Megan, Zachary, Grace, Shannon, Wayne, Cassie, Eli, and Olivia Josephine Grace; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Clarence Holmes (Darlene); sister-in-law, Nancy Mitchell and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, James Mitchell. Wanda was a life member of both the American Legion Post #104 and VFW Post #972 Ladies Auxiliaries. She also attended St. Patrick Catholic Church and Life Center Church. Wanda also had numerous "fur babies". Visitation will be Tuesday January 12, 2021 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions may be made to the Terre Haute humane Society (envelopes available at the funeral home).
