Vera Maxine Wilson, 94, of Terre Haute passed away February 11, 2014 in Vermillion County Convalescent Center, Clinton. She was born in on April 14, 1919 to Cecil W. Welsh and Zelma (Wilson) Wilson. She retired from Quaker Maid in Terre Haute and also from Florida School Cafeteria Workers. Her husband Orville F. Wilson had preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons, Fred E. Wilson and wife Barbara 'Sam' of Arizona; and Robert Wilson and wife Karen of South Carolina. She has several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son Richard A. Wilson and brothers and sisters Cecil W. Welsh, Stetson P. Welsh, Virginia Osborn and Clarissa Robertson. Funeral services will be at Pogue Cemetery, Fairbanks IN on Tuesday February 18, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Chuck Cooley officiating.
