Valera Roxanne Tatem, 71, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 23rd, 2015. Born October 24th, 1943, in Terre Haute, IN to Francis and Sarah Gammie, she was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and loving grandmother. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Tatem, her brother, Raymond Gammie (Darla), of Terre Haute, sister Anita Kittredge, of Oregon, son, Rob Muncie (Amanda), of Terre Haute, Daughters Julie Moore (Steve) of Nashville, TN, Natalie Green (Nate), of Terre Haute, and Nicole Hayes (Heath), of Terre Haute. Other survivors include 15 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Her mother, father, and brother, Roland Gammie of Terre Haute, preceded her in death. Visitation service will be held from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. Thursday, August 27th at DeBaun Funeral Home 2425 Wabash Avenue Terre Haute, IN. Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, August 28th at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints 1845 N. 6 ½ Street Terre Haute, IN. Burial service will follow at the Roselawn Cemetery Chapel 7500 N. Clinton St., Terre Haute, IN.
