Timothy "Tim" Dale Smith, 69, of Farmersburg, passed away Sunday October 23, 2022 in Union Hospital. Tim was a farmer and had also worked at Columbia Records and Great Dane. He was born January 26, 1953 in Terre Haute to Russell and Wanda (Day) Smith. Tim is survived by his wife Connie (Turner) Smith; son, Tyler Smith; brother, Steve Smith and wife Sandy; grandson, Weston Cole Smith and a niece and several nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Carson Smith. Tim loved farming. He enjoyed sitting on his porch and he loved to cut grass. He enjoyed restoring old vehicles and tractors and he loved his cows. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
