Therese Lynn "Terry" Miller, 70, of Terre Haute passed away Wednesday October 2, 2024 in Gibson Family Hospice Center. She was born August 7, 1954 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Pierre and Coloma Jean (Gibbons) Miller. Terry is survived by her sister, Laura Garrett; brother, William Miller; guardian, Anna Conwell (Dave); many nieces, nephews, and an abundant amount of friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Christopher Miller and brother-in-law, Tom Garrett. Terry taught for many years at Terre Haute North Vigo High School where she also supported the Athletic Department by working at the ticket gate. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Terre Haute Unit #104, the Daughter's of the Nile, Moose Lodge, the Eagles, VFW, the 8 and 40, and many other organizations.  She was also a devoted Longaberger Basket distributor.  Terry was affectionately known at "Aunt TT" to many bonus nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday December 3, 2024 from 4:00 until 6:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel. There will be an American Legion Auxiliary service followed by a memorial service starting at 6:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Steve Moore officiating.
