Theresa Karen Arnold, 81, of Terre Haute, entered into heaven on February 16, 2017.

She was born May 7, 1935 in Terre Haute to John Dolan and Margaret Summit Dolan.

Theresa was a life-long Hautian. She was a graduate of St. Patrick's High School and St. Anthony's School of Nursing. She was a surgical nurse at Union Hospital for nearly 30 years. Theresa loved Notre Dame football and Terre Haute Rex baseball, holding a season ticket to the Rex games. She loved bird watching at her home near Prairieton, as well as her beloved pets; dog, Crosley and cats, Simba and Scrapper. Theresa was a 26 year cancer survivor.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Jerry Arnold; her children, Sue Chambers and her husband, Dennis of Chicago, Illinois, Michael Frost of Terre Haute, Dr. Diane Frost of San Diego, California, Amanda Feyemi and her partner, Sherrief Cowan of Indianapolis, and Thomas Arnold of Decatur, Illinois; her grandchildren, Natalie Robins and her husband, Nathan, Megan Frost and her partner, Huey Griffith, all of Terre Haute, Carmen Otubusin, Cozette Otubusin, both of Chicago, Illinois, Olabisi Otubusin, Jr. of San Diego, California, Bayleigh Arnold and Alyssa Fayemi, both of Indianapolis; and her great-grandchildren, Sophia Robins, Silas Robins, Amelia Griffith and Ayler Griffith, all of Terre Haute.

Services will be held Saturday, February 18, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, Indiana. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Father Bernie LaMontagne will be officiating.Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
