Sheila Mae Booker, 78, of Pimento passed away May 17, 2017 in Terre Haute Regional Hospital.

She was born May 3, 1939 in Terre Haute to Harry Hart and Mary Minton Hart Mayo.

She was a member of the American Quarter Horse Association. Sheila loved horses and being outdoors, especially camping, fishing, and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Derrick Booker; and her sister,  Linda Jabalee.

Sheila is survived by her children, Pamela Booker, Carmelita Hillenburg (Joe), Jack Booker (Cathy), Robert Booker (Rosalie), Laurie Booker, Cheryl Graves (Clarence), Webster Booker (Tammy) and Chad Booker. She is also survived by her brother, John Mayo; and sisters, Darlene Irish and Linda Pendola; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be Monday, May 22, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Pastor Michael Seals will be officiating; burial to follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery. DeBaun Funeral Homes, 85 East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, was entrusted with care and arrangements.
