Shayna Alexis Danielle Turner, 1 day old, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday November 10, 2015 in Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. She was born November 9, 2015 in Indianapolis to Shane Turner and Paige Connor. She is survived by her mother and step father, Paige Connor and David Tackett; her father Shane Turner; maternal grandmother, Lori Crouch; paternal grandmother, Laurie Turner; a sister, Jolonna Tackett, and a aunt, Jaimie Bajenske. Visitation will be Tuesday November 17, 2015 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Reverend Jeff Lee officiating. Cremation will follow.
