Sandra Sue Gipson, 73, of Terre Haute, passed away Friday December 1, 2017 in Union Hospital. She was retired from the State of Indiana Vocational Rehabilitation Department. Sandra was born August 19, 1944 in Tulsa, OK to Austin and Zora (Richie) Gipson. She is survived by daughters, Jeanine Carr (Dan) and Lori Myers both of Terre Haute; loving partner, Tim Vickers; sisters, Connie Tate (Rick) of Bloomington and Denise Edwards (Gary) of Prairieton; grandchildren, Ronnie, Ronna, Amanda, Daniel, and Rumer, 6 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Bobbie Jones and a great-grandson. Sandra loved to read and she loved music. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
