Russell L. Thomas, 62, of rural West Terre Haute passed away at home on January 1, 2023.  He was born in Clinton, IN, October 8, 1960 to Edgar and Betty (Edington)Thomas.  Russell was employed as head of maintenance for White Construction.  He is survived by his parents, his wife Tina (Hoopingarner) Thomas, two daughters Katherine Thomas and Heather (Robert) Graham ;  four sisters Rebecca Carpenter, Lisa Thornton, Joni Hooper, and Shelly Creekbaum and his six grandchildren Lilly Nardi, Sam Nardi, Alli Nardi, Tommy Nardi, Jake Graham, and Violet Graham.  Funeral services will be at Pleasant View Cemetery at Tecumseh on Thursday, January 5, 2023 at 1 p.m. Online condolences can be made at www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
