Russell Eugene Miller,75, of Terre Haute passed away Friday, February 25, 2022 at Gibson Hospice.  He was born January 26, 1947 in Terre Haute to Alfred and Beverly Miller.  Russell retired from the United States Army after 31 ½ years of service. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran. Russell was an avid fisherman, enjoyed woodworking, riding motorcycles, and feeding the squirrels.  He was a member of the Riley VFW Post 328.  Russell loved spending time with his sons and grandchildren.

He is survived by his sons Russell R. Miller (Debra) and John Miller (Jackie), grandchildren Christian Miller, Russell Miller, Madison Miller, and Shelby Miller, great-granddaughter Delia Miller, as well as several brothers and sisters.  Russell is preceded in death by his parents, and beloved wife of 49 years, Sheryl Miller who passed away August 7, 2020.  He is also preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

A Celebration of Life for Russell and Sheryl is being planned for a later date.  Cremation was entrusted to DeBaun Funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in honor of Russell to the Wounded Warriors Project. Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
