Robert S. “Bobby” Green, 81, of Riley passed away Thursday June 4, 2026 in Indianapolis. He was born March 25, 1945 in Terre Haute to Stanley and Barbara (Cesinger) Green. Bobby is survived by his wife, Jackie (Farris) Green who he married September 1973; sons, Robert S. “Bobby” Green, Jr. and Daniel “Danny” Green (Melissa); sister, Cheryl Bowman; grandchildren, Cailyn Green, Dillyn Green, Blake Johnson, Bailey Green, Blaine Green, and Bridger Green and a nephew and niece, Brad Rothrock and Mindy Mehringer. Bobby was a farmer and loved doing that. He attended Blackhawk Community Church, was a graduate of Purdue University, and he enjoyed taking care of his mules. Visitation will be Tuesday June 9, 2026 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at Seven Pines Farm, 8160 State Road 159, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802 with funeral services starting at 4:00 pm with Pastor Chris Lee officiating.
