Robert J. Pfister, 71, of Terre Haute passed away on March 25, 2018 in Union Hospital ER at 9:30 a.m.  Robert was born in Terre Haute on September 18, 1946 to John L Pfister and Mildred (Moore) Pfister.  He is preceded in death by both parents; son, Bobby Pfister; his brother, Mark Pfister, and his sister Judy Leonard.  Robert is survived by his wife of 50 years, Linda (Sims) Pfister; son Sean Pfister; daughter Rhonda Pfister;  three brothers, John Pfister (Beverly) Greg Pfister (Gertie), and Hans Pfister ; sisters, Barbara Pfister, and Monica Pfister; Grand-children, Kiara Chambers, Tiersen Pfister, Mary Stephan, Margie Pfister, Wayne Pfister, and Brian Pfister; as well as several nieces and nephews.  Robert was a 3rd degree member of the Knights of Columbus in Terre Haute. He enjoyed playing the guitar and was a great pool player.  Robert's family has chosen cremation.  Memorial Mass will be Monday April 2, 2018 at 12:05 pm in St Benedict Catholic Church with visitation from 11:00 am until mass time in the church.  DeBaun Funeral Homes is assisting with arrangements.  If friends so desire, contributions may be made to the family.
