Robert Lee Colglazier, 82, of Terre Haute passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022. He was born December 23, 1939, in Terre Haute to Leonard and Irene Colglazier. Bob served his country in the United States Army National Guard. He was a member of the American Legion Post 197 in Shelburn. Bob was an avid motorcycle rider in his earlier days. Harley Davidson sponsored him in hill climbing. He loved to go boating, camping, and fishing. Bob and Sandy were the founders and owners of B.C. Auto Electric and Truck Parts in Terre Haute. Most of all he loved to spend time with his beloved family.
Bob is survived by his wife of 53 years, Sandra Colglazier, sons Brad Colglazier (Pam) and Travers Colglazier (Stephanie), grandchildren Brooke Turpen (Franklin), Ian Zebrowski (Jordan), Destiny Harder, and Lea Karnezis (Peter), and great-grandchildren Tripp Turpen, Whitley Turpen, Evelyn Harder, Colton Zebrowski, and Braylee Zebrowski, niece Debbie (Turner) Haskell and husband Lee; and his beloved dog Chi Chi. He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Doris Turner and brother-in-law Delbert Turner.
Visitation will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Monte Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at Farmersburg Westlawn Cemetery with Pastor Ira Sandefer officiating. Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
