Robert Paul Kiefner, 49, of Riley, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 27, 2026. He was born in Terre Haute to Robert Lee Kiefner and Elizabeth Ann Crowley Kiefner. Rob was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and a dog lover. He enjoyed the simple things in life like a cold Miller Lite and a smoke by the fire. Rob will be sadly missed by family and friends.

He is survived by his father Robert L. Kiefner, daughter Taylor Hohenstein (Phillip), grandchildren Emmitt Hohenstein and Rhet Hohenstein, twin brother Chris Kiefner (Shawndel), sisters Shelly Keen (Shawn), and Angela Karr (Charles), and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Rob was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ernest and Helen Kiefner, Wayne and Barbara Crowley, and his mother, Elizabeth Ann Kiefner.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026, at DeBaun Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Service will begin at the funeral home at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Rick Swan officiating.
