Richard A. “Rick” Noe, 66, of Terre Haute passed away Sunday May 3, 2026 in Union Hospital. He had worked at Ivy Hill and retired from the Terre Haute Parks Department. He was born November 4, 1959 in Terre Haute to Charles Richard and Virginia (Boyle) Noe. Rick is survived by his daughter, Emily Noe; brother, Rodd Noe; mother of his daughter, Carol Noe, nieces, Michelle Sandiford and her children and Shauna Cox and her children; nephews, Eric Sappingfield and his children and Wes Noe and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Vicki Burns. Rick enjoyed golfing, fishing, and bowling. He was a member of the young Men’s Club and he loved spending time with his friends at the Elm Grove.
