Reba E. Williams, 88, of Youngstown passed away January 13, 2015 at Springhill Village. She was born on February 24, 1926 to Riley and Bessie (Cottrell) Boyll. She retired from Verizon where she was a telephone operator for many years. She was a member of the Youngstown United Methodist Church. Her husband Milton S. Williams preceded her in death July 30, 2013. She was also preceded by several brothers and sisters. She is survived by one sister, Mary Walton; sister-in-law Linda Tewell and husband Butch, brother-in-law Max Williams and wife Mary Ann, brother-in-law Jerry Williams and wife Brenda, and a sister-in-law Joyce Williams. She has numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held at Youngstown United Methodist Church, Saturday January 25, 2015 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Linda Snider officiating. Burial will be in Hull Cemetery at a later date. DeBaun Springhill Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
