Rachel Marie Ring, 21, of Terre Haute, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2016 at 9:23 PM in Union Hospital. She was born in Terre Haute on June 2, 1994 to Ronald L. Ring and Molly Moody Ring. Rachel was a 2012 graduate of Terre Haute South High School and was currently a senior at St.-Mary-of-the-Woods College. She is survived by her father Ronald L. Ring, and Mother Molly Moody Wasson (and husband Kevin), and maternal grandmother Stella Moody. Also surviving are two sisters, Carly Ring and Nikki Wasson, a brother, Mark Wasson, two step-brothers, Craig Wasson and Cody Wasson, and aunts and uncles; Randy and Beverly Ring, Sam and Nancy Ferguson, and Tracy and Carol Ferguson. In addition, she is also survived by cousins Keith Ring, Jason Ferguson, and Matthew Ferguson, and her boyfriend, Dalton Mix. Rachel worked at Hollister & Co., and also officiated Soccer games. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 11:00 AM, with Bro. Mark Strohm officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2016 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
