Rachel Amber Hatcher, 29, of Terre Haute passed away Friday October 31, 2014 in Terre Haute. She was a nurse at Union Hospital. Rachel was born December 16, 1984 in Terre Haute to Frank Hatcher and Faith (Neddo) Hatcher. She is survived by her parents; daughter, Alejandra Guadalupe Faith Mendoza of Terre Haute; son, Brenton Westley Touloukian of Brownsburg, IN; fiancé, Jose' Mendoza of Terre Haute; sisters, Chris Strain and husband Mike and Karen Sullivan and husband David both of Terre Haute; brothers, P.J. Hatcher and wife Brittanie of Peru, IN, Phil Hatcher and wife Mary Kate of Kokomo, IN, Frank Hatcher, Jr and wife Jill of Noblesville, IN, and Bob Hatcher of Terre Haute; grandmother, Hazel Neddo of TN; nieces and nephews, Alana, Collin, Adam, Samuel, Brandt, Mikaila, Hattie, Jackson, and Skyler; her fiancé's family; mother-in-law; Ma Del Socorro, father-in-law, Jose Mendoza, sisters-in-law, Alejandra, Olga, and Laura, brothers-in-law, Manuel, Juan, Armando, and Alberto; special friends, Carolyn and Donnie Blair of West Terre Haute; godparents, Bill and Judy Hatcher, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was a member of St. Joseph University Parish. She was a Mary Kay consultant, music enthusiast, enjoyed riding horses and doing Zumba but most of all she was a devoted mother and loved spending time with her kids. Visitation will be Thursday November 6, 2014 from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm in DeBaun Funeral Home, Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with prayers and friends sharing their memories beginning at 1:00 pm then a funeral mass will follow at 2:00 pm in St. Joseph University Parish with Friar mark Weaver officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Peru, IN. The family has requested that if friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Brenton Touloukian and Alejandra Mendoza Memorial Fund c/o First Financial Bank.
