Paul M. Kester, 71, of Terre Haute passed away September 13, 2020 at Union Hospital.  He was born on June 28, 1949 to Vaughn Kester and Mary Kester.  Paul is preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his fiancé Kim McBride; sons Bryan Kester (Nichole) and Sean Kester (Tanya Starcher); daughter Jennifer Hodges; sister Sara Jane Arnold (Mike); grandchildren Dylan Cleghorn, David Lewis, Trenten Lewis, Cinnamon Roe, Rozz Uryga, Midnight Uryga, and Maharet Uryga.  Paul served his country in the Army National Guard.  Paul was a member of American Legion Post 104 as well as the Marine Corps League.   He loved watching college basketball, especially IU.  Paul managed the bar at the American Legion Post 104, which was very fitting considering how social he enjoyed being.  He mostly loved spending time with his family and hanging out with his friends.  Visitation for Paul will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Friday, September 18th from 4:00 PM-8:00 PM.
