Patsy Ruth Hann, 88 of Terre Haute, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandma, and great grandma passed away Sunday, October 2, 2016 at 4:23 PM in Union Hospital. She was surrounded by her loving family. Patsy was born April 11, 1928 in Seelyville to Clarence and Lottie Strain. She married her loving husband of 64 years, Robert, on November 27, 1946. She was a homemaker and the rock that held her family together. Patsy was an avid country music fan and loved to see Loretta Lynn perform. She enjoyed taking trips to Nashville, shopping, getting her nails done, watching T.L.C., and spending time with her family. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Cunot. Patsy was loved by many people, and we will always cherish our special times with her. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Robert, her parents, special niece Deanna Garrett, and special nephew Brent Barbour. She is survived by daughters Ginny Callahan (Robert), Maria Langdon, and Mindi Hann. Also surviving is a sister, Virginia Garrett, and grandchildren Heather Gilbert (Chris), T.J. Rudy, Ashley Burns (Josh), Amanda Callahan, Matthew Langdon, Tiffany Rudy (Chris), and Kayla Langdon. Also surviving are her great grandchildren Shelby Bingman (Portia), Christopher Gilbert, Kingston Evitts, and Sailor Evitts, niece Pam Barbour, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr., on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Brian McClure officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 5, 2016 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM in the funeral home. The family wishes to extend many Thank you's to the ICU staff at Union Hospital.
