It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia Ann Taber on September 27, 2026. She was known to many as “Pat”. She was born on January 14, 1943, in Terre Haute. With Pat’s departure, we remember a life lived with immense love and a constant sense of caring. Oh, and she could crack a joke when you least expected it!

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Rosemary Taber. She is survived by her sister Mariann Taber Parkison (Kenneth), two nieces Angela Koch and Amy Parkison. She adored her great niece Tricia (Nic) and great-great nieces Chloe and Wrenly.

She had her favorite programs to watch, such as Jeopardy and the Bears football games. And when she was able to, she enjoyed singing in her church choir.

As requested by Patricia, cremation will take place with no services. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of the Wabash Valley.
