Patricia "Pat" Fern McKenzie Eck, age 77, passed way Sunday, August 13, 2017 surrounded by her family.

She was born September 3, 1939 in Terre Haute to Everett McKenzie and Bonnie Mae Hubbard McKenzie.

Pat was a stay at home mother and spent her days proudly caring for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett McKenzie and Bonnie May Hubbard McKenzie.  She is survived by her husband Lowell R. Eck of 59 years, son Lowell "Cotton" Eck (Susan), daughters Cindy Eck, and Gaylene Wilkinson (Larry),  brothers, Ralph McKenzie of Terre Haute, Tom McKenzie of Terre Haute, "Bill" Everett McKenzie of Springfield, Paul McKenzie of Italy, Steve McKenzie of Terre Haute, sisters Judy Quesada of California and Deborah "Debbie" Johnson of Illinois, grandchildren, Josh Eck, Zachary Eck, Troy Wilkinson, Kristi Wilkinson-Smith (K.L.), and great-grandchildren Norah Eck, Gabriel Eck, and Kilynn Smith.

Cremation was chosen and is being handled by DeBaun Funeral home, 85 East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, Indiana, 47842.
