Norma Jean Felty, 87, of West Terre Haute passed away Friday May 4, 2018 at 4:30 pm in Springhill Village. She worked for many years at L.S. Ayres. She was born September 9, 1930 in Vigo County to Ernest Johnson and Zella Mae (Reynolds) Johnson. Norma Jean is survived by her daughters, Toni Newton-Bullard (Carl Bullard) of Tennessee, Joyce Gilfoy (Jack) of Clinton, Brenda Bird (Mark) of Terre Haute, and Janice Power-Wright (Steve) of Terre Haute; seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Wayne Felty, who died July 7, 2006. She was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. Visitation will be Tuesday May 8, 2018 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 2:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Ed Gladish officiating.
