Norma L. Weil, 91, of Cecilia, Kentucky and formerly of Terre Haute passed away Friday March 20, 2020 in Kentucky. She was born November 14, 1928 in Riley, Indiana to Basil and Ethel (Davidson) Jeffers. Norma is survived by her daughter, Nancy Roy; sons, Tony Weil and Andy Weil; brother, Gerald Jeffers; sisters-in-law, Joan Dowell and Jeri Jeffers; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry E. Weil; daughters, Becky Gallagher and Janis Engle, and brother, Donald Jeffers. Norma was a member of Friendship Baptist Church for many years and is currently a member of Polebridge Missionary Baptist Church. She was also a member of Red hat Society. Visitation will be Tuesday March 24, 2020 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel. Private burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery in Farmersburg.
