Neils W. Heramb, Jr., 96 of Terre Haute, passed away at 6:05 PM on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 in his residence. He was born in Vigo County on February 14, 1919 to Neils W. Heramb, Sr. and Hallie Smith Heramb. Neils was a WW II Army Veteran, and also served in the local Army Reserve. He was a Supervisor Staff Administrative Assistant for the Federal Civil Service at the local Army Reserve Center. His memberships include Mt Pleasant United Methodist Church, where he served on the Finance Committee for many years as well as serving as Treasurer for several years, and was a Life Member of VFW Post # 972.
