Nancy Lou (Kennard) Sankey, 89, passed away Wednesday November 9, 2016 in Rosegate Healthcare in Indianapolis. She was born May 30, 1927 in Hymera, IN to Orval Kennard and Lula (Littlejohn) Kennard. She is survived by her sons, Dennis Sankey (Dyann), Scott Sankey (Pamela), and Timothy (Jaena); three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Merlin Sankey who died in 1986, a sister, Katherine (Kennard) Sparks, and brothers, Jack Kennard and James Kennard. Nancy loved spending time with her family and friends, playing cards and calling bingo. Visitation will be Thursday November 17, 2016 from 4:00 until 7:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with a memorial service at 6:00 pm in the funeral home.
