Nancy Rudisel, 82, of West Terre Haute passed away on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. She was born on April 10, 1944, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Nancey was raised in Glenn Home in Terre Haute. She was the daughter of Dallas Mooney and Louise Miller Mooney. Nancy retired from the Holiday Inn in Terre Haute where she worked as comptroller. She was an active member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, long-term supporter of Indiana State University basketball, and she was an avid dog lover.

Nancy is survived by her son Dr. Brent Rudisel and wife Nicole, stepson Scott Rudisel and wife Yasuko, stepdaughter Robin Penrod, grandchildren Lee Rudisel, Josh Rudisel, Arianna Tussinger, Haleigh Tussinger, Tyler Penrod and wife Irina, Jordan Penrod and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband First Sergeant Ronald Rudisel retired Indiana State Police; sisters Shirley Crock, Helen Milan, brothers Dallas Mooney, Richard Mooney, half-brothers James Lynch, Harry Lynch, and half-sister Susan Lynch. There will be a small memorial gathering on Sunday, September 6, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. in the Sycamore Room. Cremation was entrusted to DeBaun Funeral Home.
