Michael L. Rogers, 57 of Terre Haute, passed away at 11:35 AM on Thursday, May 21, 2015 in Union Hospital. He was born in Solsberry, IN on July 8, 1957 to Paul Rogers and Edith Hayes Rogers. Michael was a U.S. Navy Veteran and a retired master mechanic from Firestone, and also was a truck driver. He is survived by his wife Lana Sandberg Rogers, three sons, Jason Rogers, Matthew Rogers, and Chris Rogers, as well as his daughter, Jessica Primo. Also surviving is a step-son, Jason Campbell, and a step-daughter, Angela Maehler. Other survivors include his grandchildren; Adriana Primo, Amaris Maehler, Aiden Maehler, and Doren Rogers, as well as his brother, Gary Rogers. Funeral services will be held at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Wednesday, May 27, 2014 at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Ray Austin officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to help with burial expenses. Visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, 2015 from 9:00 AM -11:00 AM at DeBaun Springhill Chapel.
