Michael E. Miller, 61, of Terre Haute passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 2:56 a.m. in Summerfield Healthcare Center, Cloverdale, Indiana. Michael was born January 29, 1955 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Edward Miller and Pauline Kelsheimer Miller. Michael was a graduate of Rockville High School, attended Indiana State University and Ivy Tech. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Richard D. Miller and David Miller, who passed away as a toddler. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Crumrin Miller, whom he married November 20, 1976; his daughter, Megan E. Hassler and her husband, David A. Hassler; his grandson, Nolan Michael Hassler and his granddaughter, Lila E. Hassler. He is also survived by two special aunts, Lois Meyer and Barbara Kelleher; step grandparents; and special friends, Gary and Jan Weber. Services will be Friday, November 18, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at DeBaun Springhill Chapel, 85 East Springhill Drive, Terre Haute, Indiana. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ohio Cemetery in Clark County, Illinois; Pastor Jeff Lee will be officiating.
