Max Emilio Reiche Sr., of Terre Haute passed away on April 22, 2013 at 10:14 a.m. He was born on October 13, 1928 to Otto Reiche and Maria De Las Nieves Ramirez in Reconquista, Santa Fe, Argentina. Max attended St. Joseph University Parish. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his wife Elsa. Max is survived by his wife of 60 years Elsa Polich Reiche; son Max Emilio Reiche Jr., his wife Nanci; daughter Graciela Fernandez, her husband Oscar; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and 1 more on the way; and 2 sisters. He is preceded in death by his parents and 4 brothers. Honoring Max's wishes, his family has chosen cremation. A private celebration of life will be scheduled for a later date. The family has entrusted Callahan-DeBaun Funeral Home, 2425 Wabash Ave, with making arrangements.
