Mary J. Moroz, 91, of Terre Haute passed away July 22, 2013 at her residence. She was born on March 27, 1922 to Adolph Antoine and Jennie (DePasse) Antoine. They have preceded her in death. On May 6, 1944 she married Michael J. Moroz and he preceded her in death on December 20, 2012. She was a longtime member of St. Benedict Catholic Church. Her survivors are a daughter, Eloise Theresa Ice and her husband Jerry of Greenwood; a son Michael A. Moroz and his wife Deborah of Terre Haute; grandchildren Michael M. Moroz, Shelby Shober and her husband Chris, Monica Carpenter and her husband Chip, and Erin Ice. Great-grandchildren Emma, Eli, Noah and Isaiah Shober and Trenton Carpenter. She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter Jennifer Ice; a half-brother Ferman DeWolf and a brother Adolph Antoine. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:05 Thursday, July 25, 2013 in St. Benedict Catholic Church. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. until services. Father Matthew Malek will officiate. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Carmelite Monastery, 59 Allendale, Terre Haute, IN 47802.
