Mary Evelyn Carey, 70, of Terre Haute passed away Monday July 10, 2017 in Westminster Village. She was retired from TRW. Mary was born January 25, 1947 in Terre Haute to Theodore Francis Malone and Wilma Irene Morris Malone. She is survived by brothers, Charles Malone (Debbie) Prairieton and Robert Morris of Lewis; nieces, Christy Malone, Lisa Lane, Jenny Sanders, Molly Price, and Mandy Malone; nephews, Erich Berner and Jay Voigt and many great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Patricia Malone Voigt and Barbara Malone Berner and a niece Kelly Jo Hammonds. Mary had a great love for her church, New Life Fellowship in East Glenn and she was an avid Cook, baker, and artist. Her greatest outreach and love was that of children and was referred to many as "Aunt Mary". Visitation will be Thursday July 20, 2017 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with funeral services at 1:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Jeff Harpole officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park.
