Mary Ann Allen, 68, of Terre Haute passed away Thursday June 12, 2014 in her residence. She was born May 6, 1946 in Sullivan County, IN to Harry Hayworth and Mary (Norris) Hayworth. Mary Ann is survived by daughters, Lori Winings and her husband Bill of Terre Haute, Karla Bender and her husband Mark of Shelburn, and Kristi Schloesser and her husband Bill of Shelburn; son, Scott Keller of Prairie Creek; her father, Harry Hayworth and his wife Margaret of Terre Haute; sister, Donna Hayworth of Prairie Creek; 13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and her husband Robert E. Allen, Jr, who died in 2007. Visitation will be Monday June 16, 2014 from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm in DeBaun Funeral Homes, Springhill Chapel, 85 E. Springhill Dr. with funeral services at 3:00 pm in the funeral home with Pastor Steve Marlow officiating. Burial will be in Farmersburg West Lawn Cemetery.
