Martha Imogene Tiller passed away at home on Monday, February 24, 2020.  She was born in Eubank, Kentucky to Everett L. and Ella French Hargis.  She graduated from Clinton High School in 1955 and worked at Eastern Express and Vigo-White Truck Sales and owned Honey Bee Crafters for several years.  She also worked at Greenwood School in the reading lab.

Surviving is her husband Jerry whom she married on October 8, 1955, son Dr. Robert J. Tiller (Julie), grandchildren Abigail, Joel, and Benjamin all of Greenwood, South Carolina and grandson David of Columbia, South Carolina, and her beloved pet Muffin.  She was a member of the First Baptist Church of North Terre Haute.  She enjoyed crafts and floral arranging.  Imogene was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Glen Hargis and William Hargis and a sister Elois Guinn.  A memorial service will be held Saturday June 6, 2020 at DeBaun Springhill Chapel. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m.  Service will begin at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Brett Parks will be officiating. Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
