Marsha Kay Good, 78, of Terre Haute passed away Friday, November 17, 2023.  She was born May 15, 1945, in Terre Haute to Robert Oxendine and Uldine Miller Oxendine.  Marsha was a beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.  She enjoyed crocheting, dancing, and music.  She loved to play bingo, go to casinos and travel.  Marsha attended Prairieton Methodist Church. Most of all she loved gathering with the family and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Elijah "Earl" Good, sons Rob Staley (Sheila) and Dennis Staley (Hozumi), daughter Amanda Black (Keith), grandchildren Reina Staley, Sheina Staley, Noah Black, and Hayley Woods, step son Brent Good, and siblings Deborah Archer (Buck), Bobby Oxendine, Hugh Oxendine (Kathy), Sherry McCoskey (Randy), Ellen Oxendine, and Allen Oxendine.  Marsha is preceded in death by her parents, brother David Oxendine, step son Brian Good, and sister-in-law Karen Oxendine.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 20, 2023, at DeBaun Springhill Chapel from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Service will begin at the funeral home at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Lee officiating.  Burial will follow at New Harmony.  Online condolences may be made to www.debaunfuneralhomes.com.
