Marion H. Goffinet,88, of Terre Haute passed away September 10, 2019 at Westminster Village Health Care.  She was born on April 11, 1931 in Terre Haute to Herschel and Helen (Monce) Jewell.  She was a homemaker and a member of St. Patrick and St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church.  Her husband, Henry Goffinet preceded her on May 17, 2003.  She was a loving and caring Mom to her daughters Georgia Hunt (husband Monte) and Susan Taylor. Her grandchildren are Jacob Hunt, Nicole Miller, and Todd Bell and great-grandchildren are Preston Miller, Hadley Miller, and Audriana Bell.  She was also preceded in death by her parents, an infant son Paul Andrew Goffinet, her brother Herschel V. Jewell, Jr., and sisters Lucille Schute, Dorothy Sprecher, Martha Le Master, and Gladys Schneider.  Visitation will be at DeBaun Springhill Chapel on Sunday, September 15, 2019 from 4:00 until 8:00 pm with a rosary service at 7:30 pm.  Funeral Mass will be on Monday at 11:00 am at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Ron Ashmore officiating.
