Margaret "Maggie" Carter Luce, 91 of Terre Haute, passed away at 7:25 AM on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 in the Terre Haute Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Terre Haute on December 30, 1922 to Henry Hovey and Mable Hovey. She retired from County Market (formerly Great Scot) as a cashier. Maggie was preceded in death by her 1st husband, John Carter, as well as her 2nd husband, Jack Luce. She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Frederick ( & husband John), and one granddaughter, Jody Givens. Also surviving are two great grandchildren, Jon givens and Nick Givens (& wife Ashley). Her memberships include the Daughters of the Nile, VFW Women's Auxiliary, and the American Legion Auxiliary. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has been chosen. Arrangements are under the direction of DeBaun Funeral Homes and Crematory.
