Margaret Janet Gardiner, 104, passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Westminster Village Health and Rehab.  Margaret, a.k.a Mickey, was born October 31, 1914, in Ellicott City, MD. She was the only child of Howard C. Dykes and Erma Dykes (Chace).  She grew up in Washington D.C. where she graduated from Eastern High School. On April 11, 1933, Margaret married Richard A Gardiner , who preceded her in death; they were married 71 years. Also preceding her in death was her son.  Kent L.
