Luella Rose Rossicoe, 84, passed away on March 4, 2019 at Southwood Health Care in Terre Haute.  Luella was born on January 29, 1935 to Samuel Joseph Norris and Helen Marie Bosley.  She is preceded in death by both parents; Sister Amy Stark and Niece Donna Taylor.  Luella is survived by her sisters Lavera Loveall and Fredia Dick; as well as her nieces and nephews Harrold Loveall Jr, Denise Stepro, Samuel Clark, Karyn Paul, and Mark Dick.  She was a former member of Black Hawk Community Church.  Luella was a collector of memorabilia and she loved Princess Diana. She also loved animals especially birds and cats. Graveside services will be on Monday, March 11 at 3 PM at Farmersburg West Lawn Cemetery.  Tom Norris will be officiating.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Terre Haute Humane Society.  Online condolences may be left at DeBaunFuneralHomes.com
